No body is
the same
We all come to the table with differences in form and function, as unique beings composed of different qualities and variable lifestyles. I offer custom treatments to every client based on their individual goals and considerations.
Myofascial release
Identifies the source of tension and pain within the connective tissue surrounding and supporting the muscles, which involves applying pressure and sustained stretches to release restrictions and improve tissue mobility, reduces pain, improves range of motion, and enhances overall function.
Cranial sacral
Also referred to as craniosacral massage, uses gentle pressure and subtle movements to focus on the craniosacral system – the membranes and fluids that surround the brain and spinal cord, as well as the bones of the skull and sacrum – for the sake of releasing restrictions and improving the function of the central nervous system.
Sports massage
A specialized form of massage therapy that focuses on the musculoskeletal system, particularly muscles used in sports and physical activity, that aims to improve performance, aid recovery, and prevent injuries through techniques like deep tissue work, stretching, and joint mobilization.
Scraping
Also known as Gua sha therapy, is a traditional East Asian medicine technique that involves using a smooth-edged tool to scrape the skin in a centripetal direction, aiming to release stagnation and promote blood flow, often resulting in tiny red or purple spots, which reveals different levels of metabolic waste leaving their points of stagnation within the body.
Neuromuscular therapy
Focuses on addressing pain and dysfunction by targeting specific points within the soft tissue that are unique to each person, which restores neurological connections between the nervous and musculoskeletal systems.
The use of sustained, firm pressure and forceful stokes to access deeper layers of connective tissues to identify and relieve chronic muscle tension and pain that arises from adhesions in the soft tissue.
Deep tissue
StretchA
Thai
This is a floor-based modality that combines rhythmic movements with gentle joint mobilizations and soft tissue stretches to encourage nervous system decompression, lymphatic flow, flexibility and mobility. This is a unique experience that provides relaxation and physical restoration.
Lymphatic drainage techniques
The use of gentle, manual techniques to stimulate the lymphatic system and promote the movement of lymph fluid, move excess fluid and waste products from the tissues to lymph nodes, helping to reduce swelling and improve lymphatic function.
A traditional Chinese therapy that uses suction cups made of different materials for the purpose of lifting the various layers of soft tissue away from the bone. Decompressing tissues in this way creates more space for circulation, lymphatic clearing, and tissue relaxation.
Contrary to popular practice, my use of cupping is not meant to stimulate bruising on the skin.
Cupping
Kinesiology taping
A technique involving applying a specialized, elastic tape to the skin over muscles and joints. This tape is designed to provide support, improve circulation, and aid in injury prevention and rehabilitation. It's often used to reduce pain, swelling, and inflammation, as well as to enhance athletic performance.
Also known as Abhyanga, is a traditional Indian healing practice that uses warm, medicated oils, vigorous strokes and specific sequencing patterns. It goes beyond relaxation, focusing on stimulating the metabolic processes of the body and drawing all metabolic byproducts as wastes to the digestive system to be most efficiently eliminated.
Ayurvedic massage
Relaxation massage
Uses the fundamental techniques of massage to activate the parasympathetic nervous system and calm the mind, lower the blood pressure, and temporarily alleviate pain and discomfort within the body.

Corporate Contracts
Businesses are increasingly understanding the relationship between employee wellness and productivity.
I offer businesses and corporations the unique service of bringing massage into the workplace. Business owners can hire me on a contractual basis for one year at a time, with contract renewal as an option at the end of each term. I work together with business owners to customize a schedule, typically 1-2 days per week, in which I bring my equipment into the office space and work individually with employees for about 15-20 minutes at a time, where in employees are required to pay a small minimum fee for gratuity. Business owners are encouraged to inquire for more details.
